Chef Geo's Story
Chef Geo’s deep appreciation for his Michoacan heritage was developed growing up in Mexico City where he traveled to different regions of Mexico and was exposed to a variety of foods that would fuel his lifelong passion for cooking. After moving to America in 2000 and settling down in Las Vegas, NV, he shortly began his culinary career in 2001. He worked in well-known hotels such as The M Resort, Wynn, Aria Resort & Casino, The Palazzo, and Cosmopolitan mastering cooking techniques and understanding various cuisines. In 2010 Chef Geo founded Geo’s Tacos catering business to pursue his fascination for tacos and spicy food servicing the entire Las Vegas Valley.
